Problem with computer shut down/restart?

Every time I go to shut down or restart my computer a file from norton internet security called ccapp.exe won't shut down and I have to end task. I takes a good 5 minutes for my computer to restart when this happens. My computer is only about 10 months old. A dell xps. Is there any common problems with norton or any programs that would conflict with it? Also if norton isn't to blame is there anything else I could do?

Norton Sucks ... go for BitDefender ... the best in the world
well Norton isn't very trustworthy but anyways u can either re-install Norton on Ur computer or talk to someone who is a Representative of Norton
It's just Norton. . .I recommend you switch to something else because a lot of people have problems with Norton
