Personal/Computer Problem that needs a fast solution!!!!!?

I need help! So one day i not on purposely opened up a porn website. I was curious so i kept looking and being disguised but what can i say i couldn't help myself. O did i say i'm 14? So.. then after hours of this i stopped and went to bed. Next morning all these porn pop ups were all over my computer. Not to metion all these security alerts telling me how i have a million different viruses, addware, spyware, and trackable histories of illegal adult sites. Every couple minutes my computer is telling me to downland this software to fix this virus and ect. So i download a couple but.. all they will do is tell me how messed up my computer is by doing scans and so forth and when i try to fix these problems they tell me that to actually fix these problems i will have to pay these programs like 40 to 50 bucks! I'm 14 i don't have a credit card numbers to give these things!. I need my dad, a computer whiz to help me out but if he finds out about the porn then he'll kill me. HELP ME!
