Sometimes installed virus protection softwares interfere with other processes in your computer.
Apparently this is a virtual token coming from the U.K., if I am not mistaken.
Set up your firewalls and intern browser to reject this.
I do not know what your location is, but still just do the firewall and the browser bit.
Check off your POP UP blockers: on
Firefox, Safari, etc.
And on your system preference (MAC)
Control Panel -Internet Settings (Windows)
Thanks and good luck.

As long as your firewall is stopping it you are OK. That is exactly why we use firewalls.
Some information about Port 3509 attacks is here:

It sounds like a network might be trying to attack yours. That message is fuzzy without all the information. Do you have a network at home? (A router that brances off internet connections?)
In my opinion its better to use AVG/Zone Alarm instead of Norton.
