Disabling USB from motherboard, for security reasons.?

I am a Computer Professional, giving hardware, networking and security services in India. Do, to some security requirement, I have to disable all the USB ports from 20 computer of my custoumer. The operating system used is Windows XP.

Friends, I know that the USB ports can be disabled from BIOS, and even from Windows xp's Control Panel.

What my requirement is some Techinical way, by which no one can reinstall or remove a password and reinstall it. I dont even want to remove the USB chip from the motherboard, as it will void the warranty of the motherboard.

If any one is having a better solution kindly Help...!!!

Thank You.

Password-protect the BIOS. Assuming the BIOS is properly protected (i.e., passwords are stored in NVRAM and can't be removed by taking out the coin cell battery) then that's your best shot at disabling them.

I think you can check this http://www.MyUSBonly.com up. Report It

Right click my computers, go to properties, go to device manager, scroll all the way down to universal serial bus. Uninstall the drivers, it won't work. Reinstallation is from your mother board cd. Easy as that.
Use software named Folderlock. There you can lock everything on your PC with high encryption.Believe dude, there is no way to handle with this.
