I need speed! ...for my computer, make it faster... how? 10 points?

I am looking to optimize my computer.....

I currently have these which Protect my computer, and or optimize

Norton Internet Security 2008

Spybot Search and Destroy

AVG antivirus (I know, norton/avg, pointless to have both)

SnoopFree Privacy Shield

O%26O Defrag

CCleaner- For Temp, etc files, registry, and startup files

So these are the programs I need, and I need to be able to trust them, so if you see someone already said a program, list it anyways, the more people say it, the more I'll trust it.

1)Windows Optimizer- I need a program that will make my computer faster by optimizing different aspects of Win XP

2) A Connection Optimizer for Cable internet. NOT a browser speed optimizer, I mean, EVERYthing, all connections.

3)Anything else that you think I need that could make my computer faster.

First, remove your Norton, it's known a cause slow down comp.

Just use Ccleaner to clean your comp
