Computer infected with virus need help.?

This is supposedly a security system has uploaded itself onto my computer. Its main website is: http://secureuptodate.com/. Since it has been here i have been getting pop-ups and other problems that i never experienced before. This system has been putting up bubbles that say that my system has been infected with malware and spyware, but i have other securtiy programs that can't find them. I need help on how to delete it or get rid of it or something
