Slow computer!!!!?

My computer runs horrifically slow.

When I check the processes in task manager (it say 100% CPU usage even when I'm not doing anything)

Only two processes have even 1 %.

Avp.exe (I have kapersky internet security 6.0)

and

System Idle process

One of those ALWAYS has 99%

How do I make my computer usable again?

please use "Tune Up Utilities", u can download it for free 30 days trial from www.download.com, or u can buy it.

Then check with "Tune Up Start Up Manager", find which program which load every start up, and u can disable it some program.

Then clean the unneeded files by "Tune Up Disk Clean Up"

then clean the registry by "Tune up registry cleaning'
