HELP ME!!! norton internet security i dont iknow whats going on!!!!!!!?

hey i downloaded this thing called seekmo and now i want to get rid of it im not a computer buff and also i keep gettin this popup thing every 3 to 5 seconds sayin:

seekmoSA.exe is attempting to connect to a DNS server.

program:seekmoSA.exe

remote address 192.168 etc etc

thing is at tyhe bottom of the pop up theres a bar where i have the choice of always allow connections from this program on all ports ............

always block connections from this program on all ports

............ and manually configure internet access....

this is no matter what i press the pop up keeps coming up i need to get rid of this because its not my laptop its a hp pavilion someone please helkp me get rid of this thing please!!!!!

One go to Add/Remove and look for "seekmoSA", and attempt to remove. If you don't see the file or it will not remove from your system here are in depth instructions on other ways to remove a file.
