How do I get rid of this pop-up? I don't know how it got into my system. I don't want it - never wanted it. It's a huge annoyance to have to click it off every time I open my computer. Help me!!! (my regular security system is Avast)

Normally your malware programs will delete these gremlins.

Some toolbar add-ons can be removed from Internet Explorer by opening IE %26gt; Tools %26gt; Internet Options 鈥?open the Programs Tab 鈥?at the bottom right click on the button 鈥楳anage add-ons鈥? Highlight the offending add-on and either delete or disable and click OK.

However, you should be aware that a lot of viruses, spyware %26 adware sit in RAM, the registry and System Restore and because of System Restore will return even after deleting or re-booting.
