What kind of program do I need to over ride the security code on DVDs?

I can burn some of the dvds, but some of the dvds wont let me over ride the security code. I have them on my computer and want to put them on a DVD disc so that I can be able to watch them in my normal dvd player, instead of on my computer all the time.

I have heard of a few people knowing/doing it... but no one wants to give up the secret.
