Virus that looks like Windows Security Center, can't figure out how to remove.?

I've tried a bunch of different antivirus programs, and nothing seems to be able to see this. It randomly shuts my computer down, and looks almost identical to Windows Security Center - but with incorrect spelling and bad grammar. Anyone know how I can remove this from my computer?

Answer 1 is correct...good idea.

But if you have that you probably have other stuff too.

I use these programs to clean friends computers.

It helps speed up the system and usually

works every time unless there is some very unusual virus on the system.

1)Get spybot search and destroy, install, update and run.
