He installed something called Morpheus yesterday. Today I got on and the spyware tabs at the tray at the bottom right of the computer keeps blinking on and off. So I uninstalled Morpheus a few minutes ago. But it said that I would need to reboot the computer afterwards... will this remove the Trojan Horses? Also how do I reboot the computer?
Also there's a security warning that popped up telling me that I am unprotected from a new version of Spybot@MXt trojan which is a Trojan horse that steals info and gathers email addresses from the computer and to click on the ok button to delete the infected files. Should I do this, or is this apart of the virus too?
Please help me to delete this virus, thanks.
My brother downloaded something that put Trojan Horses on the computer, I think its a virus, what should I do?avast
Yep, Morpheus is bad, Here's what you need to do.
1st, don't waste your time with AVG, spybot, ad aware, CA, spyhunter, or anything of the sort. Stay away from anything that is FREE. There is a reason why they free. They are NOT good.
2nd, You need some of the best software out there. Norton Systemworks is very good. That's the only good software from Norton. I wouldn't recommend Norton Internet security, its not that great. Now the best software you should get is Spysweeper with Anti-virus, this software is too good and gets better everyday. It blocks over 170,600 threats. No other software can compete with that or come close for that matter. It catches everything. I've used them all and it is 2nd to none.
